Water Street Gang
The Water Street Gang is ruled by Jubal and Rory. After the feud between Jubal and Abel Eventree it was the Water Street Gang which took over the protection of the Dort Trading Guild.
The Water Street Gang is responsible for everything in Hafne and Dort regarding docking and loading and unloading cargo, making sure everything moves peacefully and without a hiccup. Jubal now runs half of Watertown's shipping and is recruiting individuals to help protect his ever expanding wealth and power.
Current Events
Most of them have been killed or rounded up by the City Watch and Sunfire Brigade. However, Rory, one of the two leaders and some hands/goons still live through it. They keep low for now, since all organisation and structure is lost. A few of the gang have defected to other sides, others stay loyal to Rory, hoping for an uprising in the near or far future in which the WSG tries to climb back.

Eventree Cartel - formerly led by Abel Eventree who is now deceased this group of gangsters seeks revenge and a new entry into the Dort underground scene.
Captain Kragen - What are good are the gangsters and fiends without a good cop to serve as a foil? Kragen leads the Dort City Watch, and has taken the entire gang war between the Water Street gang and the Eventrees personally.
Lord Sundrey - from the Dort Trading Guild, seeking a better deal for the protection of the guild
